Warren was an Interpol agent who specialised in tracking criminals who had gone to ground. His skills meant he was often assigned to cases that other agents simply couldn’t crack, and because of this he had developed a strong reputation within the agency.

After being assigned to the Matherson case in 2008, he partnered with Pierre-Louis and together they closed the net on The Mangler.

Unfortunately, in 2009, Warren and Pierre-Louis entered a mansion in Sudan – apparently the hiding place for The Mangler – and only Pierre-Louis made it out alive.
