Revnik is Saiem’s “Minister of the People”, a title that apparently gives the Minister almost limitless power to do anything that Saiem requires of him. Revnik is Chief of Police as well as direct commander of the Karakurt Shock Troops – these two things alone give him the power and resources to forcibly arrest anyone, or any group, for any reason he sees fit.

Despite this somewhat sinister collection of offical duties, the people of Usrekistahn love the Minister, for it’s also his responsibility to announce holidays and country-wide state-funded celebrations and pay bonuses for various industries.
