As head of the Usreki Military Klossovsky has control over day-to-day operations, though General Saiem himself has retained the de-facto position of Commander and Chief, altering the Soviet era rank structure he borrowed for the Usreki military to place General as the highest possible rank, followed by Marshal.

Klossovsky, like Saiem, longs to see his people restored to the position of a “World Superpower”, and he sees Saiem’s new country as the best starting point for this revival. His own ambitions for power paint him as a potential threat to Saiem in the future, but for now the Marshal is content to follow Saim’s leadership.
