Executive in charge of the British based Mattertech, a shell corporation working on behalf of Protekorp. Rosen is responsible for overseeing the projects which keep Mattertech/Protekorp ahead of the development curve in a number of areas. It is presently unknown whether Rosen has any political ties or whether her motivations are entirely financial.

She has been linked with the ‘Lab 221’ scandal, though cleared of any involvement, and her affiliation to Protekorp appears to only extend as far as their financial backing for Mattertech’s research projects.
