General Terms & Conditions
- Frontier UK and Frontier Airsoft (The Company) reserves the right to examine customers own equipment and will refuse the use if deemed unsuitable, this includes ammunitions, pyrotechnics, footwear, safety equipment and anything else that is considered by site staff to be relevant on the day.
- The Company reserves the right to test equipment at any time.
- All games must be paid for in full in advance or at the start of the day upon arrival.
- Games will take place irrespective of weather conditions, participants are solely responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and taking appropriate precautions according to environmental conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, change or alter the booking schedule without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to change its price structure at any time.
- It is your responsibility to inform Frontier staff of all disabilities and relevant health issues prior to commencement of games or during the booking process.
- The Company does not accept any liability beyond its legal obligations. You are advised to consider obtaining personal indemnity insurance as appropriate.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone not complying with our Company Rules and Regulations or jeopardising the safety of others. No refunds or compensation will be given.
- All accidents must be reported immediately to the Company and an accident form must be completed.
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the game is due to start.
- Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or amend a booking. Refunds for pre-paid bookings can only be made in the form of a gift voucher which is valid for 12 months or alternatively we can reschedule your booking.
- Personal transactions (e.g. private sales or trades made during Frontier Airsoft games or on the forums) are not regulated or monitored by The Company and you enter into such activities at your own risk.
- The Company does not condone illegal activities of any kind and anyone suspected of, or caught participating in, any activity that is, or could be, considered illegal under UK law will be refused service and the relevant authorities will be informed.
- No alcohol or other intoxicants are allowed on site, any visitor under the influence of alcohol pose a risk to themselves, staff and other site visitors. Frontier reserves the right to exclude such persons from the site and take any and all necessary measures to protect staff and visitors.
- Frontier Airsoft takes no responsbilities for ownership or use of any airsoft weapons brought to our site other than the ones hired from our shop.

Membership Terms & Conditions
- Frontier Airsoft UK (hereafter referred to as ‘Frontier’ or ‘Frontier Airsoft’) reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant for any reasons determined by Frontier staff.
- Frontier reserve the right to withdraw membership from any individual for any reason without prior written notice or consent of the membership holder.
- Frontier reserves the right to alter, in any way, the membership packages or the item(s) included or discounted on any part of the membership package(s). If this happens all members will be informed of the alterations before they are made, and appropriate considerations will be made to the investment made by members.
- Membership benefits can not be traded for cash equivalents or discounts.
- Membership, membership benefits and any cumulative or singular rewards are not transferable under any circumstances.
- Members under the age of 18 are not eligible for UKARA registration.
- Members under the age of 18 will not receive, and are not eligible to receive, any Membership benefits that relate to products or serves that have an age limit of 18+.
- Frontier Airsoft and Frontier Airsoft Staff reserve the right to check I.D. at any point. If age cannot be satisfactorily proven, Frontier reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone who may be under age.

- To be eligible for UKARA registration through Frontier Airsoft applicants must play at least 3 (three) full games over the course of 2 (two) months at a Frontier Airsoft site. Be aware that terms and conditions apply to this condition.
- Frontier Airsoft accept no responsibility for UKARA registration documents once they have been sent to the UKARA organisation.
- Frontier Airsoft reserve the right to refuse to issue UKARA registration to any member.
- Lost dog tags, members t-shirts or membership patches will not be replaced under any circumstances.
- Lost or damaged membership photo ID cards will be reissued upon payment of a £5 administration fee.
- Members discounts have no cash alternative.
- No discounts are available on membership package prices.
