General Saiem, the former ruler of Usrekistahn, is now a wanted man, facing international charges of war crimes, has been forced to flee Usrekistahn and go into hiding.

His former assistant, Minister Oleg Demetrius, has now become President after leading a coup against Saiem with aide from the capitalist west.

The General did however take with him fortune in antiquities and gold from his former homeland.

This wealth has allowed him to fund the continuation of his now rebel army, and his beloved Karakurt Shock Troops. The Karakurt, known as the “Brown Bears”, were the Usrekistahn Special Forces during Salem’s rule. Left behind, hiding in the mountainous regions on the border of Usrekistahn, and tasked to launch guerrilla warfare attacks on the current Government.

They continue the fight until Saiem can return and lead them to reclaim the homeland, increasing raids on Government buildings across the border by the shock troops has been a brutal and bloody affair, the attackers always striking fast, killing as many people as possible before vanishing back to the mountains.

President Oleg has sent many task forces into the mountains trying to locate them, unfortunately the camps and underground tunnels the Karakurt call home lay over the border into hostile Chinese territory.

The Chinese are currently in political conflict with the UN and their American based military force SPECON.

Chinese President Xi Zedong has refused to cooperate with an organization that has a bias leaning to the Americans, he has denied entry into China’s airspace by any military or government that are allies of SPECON (who have been appointed as global peace keepers).

Fortunately, an opportunity has arisen that may allow them to confront the enemy in a neutral country.

The Karakurt are preparing for re arming, and recent intelligence has suggested that a large amount of gold has been moved internationally with the intention of paying arms dealers to re outfit the now depleted stockpiles of the Shock Troopers ammo and weapons.

The contract has been picked up by the infamous Dimasco Brothers, two international gun runners who have been involved with most 3rd world conflicts for the last 10 years, wanted in several countries (including China).

This situation forces the arms deal to be located down in neighbouring Kazakhstan, where the brothers are able to travel without risk of incarceration.

Kazakhstan is neutral to both China and Usrekistahn, and as such Oleg can risk sending troops without causing an international incident should they be uncovered.

SPECON intelligence are currently tracking the bothers though facial recognition software, and covert intelligence has revealed the port that the cargo of weapons and munitions will be delivered to.

The plan is to use satellite and drone surveillance to follow the brothers to the meeting point in the Kazakhstan forests.

Once at the meeting point, they will then ambush the Karakurt and capture the gold that was to be the payment, thus delivering two devastating blows to the Rebels.
