Over 1000 killers, Traitors and International Criminals are the inmates of SPECONS penitentiary island compound known (by the few privileged enough to be aware of its existence) as “Site-X”.

The Site-X is SPECONS unofficial prison on a small Island (also known as Quarantine Island).

It sits 3.5 miles (5.6 km) off the coast of Canada.

The island is around 4200 yards (3840 m) long and 1200 yards (1097 m) wide at its broadest point, this island saw use as a hospital for those effected with tuberculosis in the 1800’s.

SPECON purchased the Island in 2010 and constructed a maximum-security prison complex there. The island, now U.S government-owned, serves as a prison outside of the normal legal system.

The criminals or individuals SPECON deems a world threat, most of them with some information that future interrogations may reveal meaning they avoid execution.

As such they are disappeared from western media or the regular justice system and transferred to Site-X.

No sentences are ever given by courts, no parole is ever offered to the inmates,  death is the only escape … prisoners are the property of Site-X, Citizens of nowhere…

With no way of escaping the Island (there are no ships are helicopters kept on the island to prevent escape, a bi-monthly guard rotation, inmate transfer and supply drop being the only contact with the outside world).

Prisoners sent to Site-X will spend the rest of their relatively short lives within its walls.

Unfortunately, something has gone very wrong ….

A massive explosion destroyed a large part of the complex, several hundred inmates are now free from their cells.

To make things worse the communications tower (the only means of contacting the mainland) was destroyed in the explosion and contact to SPECON control has been cut.

An investigation team will be dispatched as soon as the Prison does not check in within 24hours, but it will take at least an additional 5 hours for them to arrive from the closest aircraft carrier.

Unfortunately, several of the armoires around the complex have already been raided by the escaped prisoners. Now all out chaos has erupted across the Island as the inmates fight the guards and each other…

During this chaos several of the high-profile inmates have escaped into the surrounding forests around the prison complex, and it is feared by the Warden, that they may have outside parties coming to transport them from the Island.

Now the Commanding Officer and the remaining guards must try track down the missing inmates before they can make an escape.

It will be hours before help from SPECON arrives, they are on their own, and facing an army of killers, terrorists and madmen armed with automatic weapons… it will not be an easy task.
