However the operation has always been relatively low key in comparison to other drug empires in the region.
El Hondo Budro was respectful of his rivals, and this had enabled him to find common ground with his adversaries and maintain a degree of peace that allowed all sides to profit.
However recently his operation has grown, and a new processing camp has been established on the unofficial boarder with his closest competitor.
Relations have now become strained between the two groups, and a string of hit for hit murders have taken place over the last few weeks.
A sit down between the two bosses has been arranged at the new camp to negotiate a cease fire and possible future business opportunity for both parties.
