The Story
Viper Security: The paramilitary contractors known for their shoot first and ask no questions attitude.
They have appeared in various warzones in the last few years (and not always on the side backed by the U.N and SPECON) and are currently under investigation for several human rights violations and misconduct charges.
On a recent assignment they were tasked with moving hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment from a mine in Siberia, along with several cases of diamonds that had been excavated from the mine.
Unfortunately the convoy has been attacked, during the initial ambush several of the trucks were stolen by the attackers and the rest of the armored cars used to transport the diamonds have been stopped by concealed explosives.
They are now stranded, taking up defensive positions around the wreckages of the armored cars and trying to protect the diamonds.
Attempts to radio back to base to request assistance and rescue have failed, something is jamming there equipment.
The only hope is to transport the diamonds on foot through the sprawling Siberian forests in hope of reaching some where they can acquire a signal.
The enemy, whoever they are, are heavily armed, and had somehow gained intelligence on the route of the convoy and where to attack.
As private mercenaries, Viper are used to fighting in war zones, against professional troops … but this is somehow different and more terrifying.
The fact the attackers knew where the convoy was heading, suggests a betrayal by their own people…
