The Story
Bolivia 2021.
The country has become increasingly unstable as the Mexican drug cartel known as the Templada gains control of several regions through the country.
Led by the brutal cartel boss El Chappo, the cartel gains more power and influence within and outside the country and turns Bolivia into the world’s largest producer of cocaine.
Overwhelmed Military forces in the area eventually establish a truce with the cartel to prevent more bloodshed after months of brutal fighting.
The government turning a blind eye to the cartel in return for a payoff.
The country has become a Nacro State, and is now entirely unofficially controlled by El Chappo and his forces.
SPECON agents as part of operation “Intervention”, and have been tasked with destabilising the cartels operations in the area.
Undercover operations such as this mean that if any of the Agents are captured, then no rescue will come, and a full denial of the mission by SPECON high command is to be expected.
As such the Agents will work in small groups targeting specific high ranking cartel members and their operations, in the event of capture they will be labelled mercenaries or Vigilantes, so any and all actions taken to achieve the mission are at their discretion.
It will be a long drawn out operation, starting with the lower ranking lieutenants and their subordinates.
As the Agents cross the border, concealed in unmarked trucks, they plot there first move…
