Airsoft is a Military Simulation (Milsim) sporting game similar to Paintball, although the average Airsoft game is usually considered to be slightly further down the Military Simulation route than most Paintball games. However, it’s not always milsim; it can be themed on specific event days. These can feature LARP (Live Action Role Play) style play as well as shooting things with replica guns.
